An interim BREEAM-audit confirmed that project Tower Ten is on track to achieve BREAAM Excellent in the implementation phase, in addition to the previously obtained BREEAM Excellent design certificate from the design phase. By making as many sustainable choices as possible, CBRE Global Investors, together with Ballast Nedam, is able to minimize the environmental impact of Tower Ten.
