Renovation of the Zuidplein Entrance

WTC Amsterdam is undergoing a comprehensive renovation of the Zuidplein entrance, creating a modern and welcoming point of entry.

October 2025 - February 2026

Renovation of the Central Lobby and Parking Plaza

CENTRAL LOBBY
We’re revitalizing the heart of WTC Amsterdam: the Central Lobby. As a daily user of the WTC, you’ll benefit from an improved layout featuring more space, natural light, greenery, and seating areas. A stylish coffee bar will be centrally located in the new lobby where you can quickly grab a quality coffee.

The new lobby will also offer various zones designed for small gatherings. The space is engineered to create better connections between the entrance, elevators, hospitality areas, and workspaces.

During the phased construction, passages between the towers will remain accessible. We’ll provide clear signage and assistance to ensure you can reach your destination without any issues.

PARKING PLAZA

  • Upgrade of the look & feel of the parking garage on levels P-1 and P-2 (in the sections under Towers 3-8 and Zuidplein), similar to the garage section under Tower Ten
  • A full new look of the entrance to the garage from the Strawinskylaan and the entry points to the elevators
  • An improvement to the parking places layout, with a change from 3 parking spots between two columns to 2 parking spots between two columns in large parts of the garage, giving larger parking spots
  • Upgrade of the technical installations, including lighting, ventilation and fire safety installations

Works will be done in phases between September 2025 and mid 2026.

There will always be sufficient parking places available. Routings may temporarily change, there will signage and/or traffic wardens to indicate any changes
