Next up in April we’ll be tackling our physical condition with the 7,000 & 10,000 steps challenge in 7 days. You or you and your teammates will challenge each other by earning badges and bonus points by visiting 12 Dutch capitals, answer some questions or earn more points by taking an extra step.

You get a special app where you can follow your progress, the assignments, earned badges and most of all you can contact/see  your collegues!
 
Sounds exhausting? Not at all. All you need to do is form a team (max 7persons) or not, individual participation is also possible!
