Lucie is an experienced yoga instructor who has completed two training programs of 100 and 200 hours. She has been practising yoga for many years and teaches in a traditional and holistic way.
In her classes, Lucie combines physical exercises like stretching, flexibility, and balance with guidance on what yoga truly is. She also introduces students to chanting mantras, practising mudras, and breathing techniques.
Lucie’s goal is to share her passion for yoga and help you release both mental and physical tension. After her class, you’ll feel relaxed and re-energised for the rest of the day.
For as long as he can remember, Ludo has been fascinated by movement exercises and the different ways they have helped him feel more connected to his body.
Over the past three years, he has deepened this connection through yoga and meditation. During this time, he’s learned not only about the body-mind relationship but also about the importance of staying connected with your heart. After much practice, Ludo is excited to share his knowledge and guide you towards a more balanced and healthy way of being.
