We love to run! How about you? Socialclub is organizing running clubs in collaboration with Urban Gym Group, offering a 6 week preparation program for the Zuidas run. The running clubs started the 2nd of May but we have some spots left. We have two options, Tuesday evening 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm or Thursday during lunch 12 pm -12:45 pm, you can join at one of these or both time slots. Location: in front of Clubsportive. The running clubs are for beginner and advanced runners. An icebath will be included in the training. Sign up here!
Are you hesitating to go to work by bike and wondering how it be would be cruising on an electric one? This is your chance! In cooperation with the Green Business Club we have 10 e-bikes you can try for two weeks. The only condition is that home-work distance is more than 10 km. Take note; there is an excess of 50 euro. At June 9th, just before the Health Week starts, we have something extra special! Rope for hope! Take part in Rope for Hope and abseil from the WTC, while supporting the Make-A-Wish Nederland charity. Enjoy the breath-taking views and be cheered on by enthusiastic spectators. While Make-A-Wish provides the music and the local hospitality industry the food and drinks. Join us at WTC Central hall Tower ABC on Monday from 8 am till 10 pm for a healthy start of the week – fresh smoothies and vitamin shots! Climb on one of our smoothie bikes and make a ride for your own smoothie.

For the sport fanatics, HYROX is coming to you! HYROX is an international fitness concept with around 50 events per year around the world. When you do a HYROX, you have to run 8 kilometers and between every kilometer you’re doing a functional movement (lunges, burpees, farmers carry e.d.). You can also do a half HYROX, together with a buddy or a quarter, together with 3 colleagues or friends. On Monday we would like to introduce you in the world of HYROX. Come and join our 45 minutes bodyweight workout at 5 pm given by one of our best teachers Tom!
At Tuesday you can join us for a healthy food market from 12 pm till 2 pm at the Central hall Tower ABC. During the food market you will enjoy mindful music organized by the conservatoire.

Similarly, an average Dutch person consumes 40% more meat than is max. advised by the Dutch Nutrition Centre. So, eating more plant based food is good for the planet, animals, and you! Do you want to know more? Join the Young Green Business Club, at our presentation during the Social Health Week! And experience for yourself how tasty a plant-based lunch can be.

Are you a padel player? Or have you never played and wanna give it a try? Padel is a fantastic sport that is easy to learn, accessible for everyone, and a lot of fun! The one and only Nicole Beumer, National coach of the Dutch squash team started her own event company and will learn us how to play.

Give your lunch a real energy boost!
Join us at 12 pm for a guided lunch walk through the neighborhood. We will bring the lunch, so give your day a well-deserved break. It will take about 30-45 minutes.
Transform your life by taking control of your mind! Join us for a mind gym event. We will start at 5.15 pm with healthy drinks at thematic tables – boost your (mental) fitness. At 6 pm we have our keynote speaker Wouter de Jong. With Wouter’s guidance, you can improve your mental fitness and achieve unparalleled success and experience the latest insights and practical exercises that will help you gain more focus, peace of mind, and energy.
Location: auditorium, Conference Center (ground floor; behind the elevator of tower F & G). Afterwards you can join us for exclusive virgin cocktails and a healthy street food dinner.
Are you ready for some action? On the last day of Health Week we have the renowned the Zuidas Run on Amsterdam’s iconic Zuidas; A run where you can choose between the 5 km or 10 km course. You can sign up individually, or sign up as a team with your colleagues.
Again this year, WTC is official partner and we are happy to announce that we provide free tickets for WTC residents. (limited spots available) So are you up for a sportive challenge and a well-deserved party afterwards? You will also get an especially for WTC designed running shirt. Please note that we charge 35 euro in case of a NO Show.
Before going to the start of the Zuidas run, we start with a motivational speech from Mitch Valize, paralympic hand biker. Please join us at 5.30 pm in the the Socialroom in your running outfit with your WTC Amsterdam running shirt. We will all walk together to the start at 6 pm.
