The WTC Servicepoints are the face of the organization behind World Trade Center Amsterdam. Here, companies located in the WTC can address all their suggestions, complaints, and inquiries about the complex and its facilities. There are currently three Servicepoints: one in the Central Hall, one in lobby of Towers One and Two, and one in Tower Ten. WTC tenants can contact the WTC Servicepoints in person, online (via the Facilitor work order system), by phone, or via email.
The Servicepoints are open during office hours but provide a 24-hour service for reporting emergencies.
