World’s first office based on neuroscience research
Robert Walters’ new office also contributes to the vitality of its employees. “Since May 2023, we have been working in the first office in the world designed based on neuroscience. We want our employees to feel safe, valued and inspired in the office. We achieve this with different zones. Each zone stimulates people in a different way that they can perform optimally and feel good. For example, in the red zone you can make calls, perform and close deals, while the buffer zone is intended for recovery. The many plants, the light lavender scent and the sound of chattering birds ensure this.”

“The location in the Zuidas is ideal for our organisation, due to the large number of companies that have offices here. For example, our recruitment consultants can often walk to meetings with their clients. We also run into each other outside of business meetings. At the Blauwe Engel for a drink, at one of the many events, or in the corridors for a short conversation.
